Community Supported Forage

Community supported forage (also referred to as CSF, not to be confused with community supported fishery) is a subscription-based system of food distribution. CSF boxes include wild foraged foods, such as mushrooms, greens, edible roots, wild onions and herbs. Products are typically harvested sustainably, and CSF boxes are likely to be available only once or twice per month. See also Community Supported Enterprise (CSE).
