An Ecological Pick Your Own Orchard. Fishkill Farms is an apple orchard and diversified fruit and vegetable farm in the town of East Fishkill, New York. In addition to 40 acres of apples, we grow peaches, nectarines, black currants, cherries, and pumpkins, all of which are available in season for pick-your-own. We also have a diverse, organically grown vegetable garden, a berry patch, and pasture-raised chickens and sheep. Our goal as a farm is to produce fresh, healthy and sustainably grown food for local customers.
