Here at Vermont Crepe & Waffle we love good food. We also love the people and farms that make our good food possible. Whenever we can, we source local ingredients from nearby farms for our cart. We're committed to thrilling our customers and their taste buds. If you're not having a "culinary moment" when you bite into one of our sweet or savory crepes, please let us know! Lisa, the company's head crepe maker, trained at a "crepe school" in Brittany, France. Yes, there actually are such places! After ten days of learning the ins and outs of these French pancakes, she knew she wanted to spread the word about them back home in America, (especially the gluten free buckwheat ones). She believes they deserve a place alongside tortillas and pizzas our cupboards.
