We are a small natural foods co-op serving the greater Upper Valley area since 1976. A community market, cooperatively owned by approximately 1100 of our friends and neighbors, we offer a unique atmosphere, friendly environment and excellent customer service. Our Co-op is dedicated to supporting social and environmental responsibility. We know where our products come from: we carry local items whenever possible, and make an effort to purchase from small, independent suppliers. Our produce is mainly organic; our products as a whole are primarily organic or natural.

The Upper Valley Food Co-Op is my favorite food market in the area. Their membership fee is reasonable and the member benefits are fabulous. The store is quite small, but it's full of local, organic, fair trade, delicious products!
