Each morning you'll enjoy the full country breakfast that has become a Hill Farm Inn tradition. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 8:00 and 9:30 am. Enjoy muffins, scones, and breakfast breads fresh from the oven, as well as fresh fruit and an assortment of juices. Then choose from a menu of traditional favorites including what we are told are the best blueberry pancakes around, served with local Vermont maple syrup. Other choices include French toast, eggs the way you like them, hand-cut bacon, maple sausage, homemade granola and more.
